Founded in 2010, Sveucilite Hercegovina (Herzegovina University) is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the rural setting of the small city of Mostar (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Herzegovina-Neretva Canton. This institution also has a branch campus in Medugorje. Officially recognized by the Ministarstvo prosvjete, znanosti, kulture i porta Hercegovacko-neretvanske upanije (Ministry of Education, Science, Sports and Culture of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton), Sveucilite Hercegovina (SVEHERC) is a very small coeducational Bosnian and Herzegovinian higher education institution. Sveucilite Hercegovina (SVEHERC) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
